Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick spray. Place a layer of whole graham crackers on the bottom, then top with 1/2 the pudding.
Cover pudding with another layer of graham crackers, top with remaining pudding and another layer of whole graham crackers, then carefully spread the frosting on the graham crackers.
Chill over night or for at least 8 hours.

Bulgogi Recipe – Korean Barbecue Beef 불고기

Author: Savory Sweet Life
Recipe type: Main
Prep time:  10 mins         Cook time:  15 mins         Total time:  25 mins
 Serves: 4
An easy recipe for Korean Barbecue Beef.
Ingredients
•1-1.5 lbs. of thinly sliced rib-eye steak purchased from a Korean market. Or you can slice your own rib-eye or sirloin steak across the grain in paper thin slices. Partially freezing the beef helps with cutting clean slices.
•⅓ cup of soy sauce or for a Gluten-Free variation, use San-J Organic Tamari Wheat Free Soy Sauce found in the health food section of your local grocery store.
•3 Tbl white sugar
•1 Tbl sesame oil
•3 cloves of garlic, minced
•¼ of a medium yellow onion, halved and sliced into medium moon shaped slivers
•2 green onions including the white parts, finely sliced into small pieces
•2 Tbl toasted sesame seeds
•¼ tsp of red pepper flakes
•2 pinches of black pepper
•optional ¼ tsp. of ginger, finely minced
Instructions
1.       Whisk all the ingredients together in a medium bowl except beef and onions. When most of the sugar has dissolved, add beef and onion slices to the bowl and massage the marinade with your hands into each slice of beef. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. To pan fry, place a few slices of beef in single layers and completely flat on a hot oiled frying pan and fry each side until cooked. Some people prefer to cook the bulgogi until some of the edges have turned dark brown and crispy. Serve with a bowl of hot rice. Enjoy!

Collard Greens

Collard Greens with Bacon Recipe
Chef's tip: don't overcook the bacon. It should be barely brown around the edges and still somewhat raw-looking in the middle.
 Ingredients
4 strips thick-sliced bacon, sliced crosswise into 1/2-inch pieces
1 small yellow onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Several dashes hot sauce
1/4 cup apple-cider vinegar
2 pounds collard greens, stems removed, sliced into 3-inch-wide strips (can substitute kale or chard)
1 cup chicken broth (or water)*
 Method
1 Heat a large skillet on medium heat. Cook the bacon in the skillet until it just begins to brown around the edges, stirring occasionally. Add the onions and cook until they have softened and are just starting to brown.
2 Add the garlic, salt, pepper, sugar and hot sauce. Cook until the garlic becomes fragrant, about a minute. Add the vinegar, bring to a simmer, and cook until the amount of liquid is reduced by half, stirring and scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pot.
3 Add the collard greens and the chicken broth (or water) and bring to a simmer. Reduce the temp to medium-low. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the collard greens have wilted and have lost their brightness. Season to taste with additional vinegar and hot sauce. Serve with some of the pan juices from the pan.
 Yield: Serves 6 to 8.

1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
3 cups chicken broth
1 pinch red pepper flakes
1 pound fresh collard greens, cut into 2-inch pieces
Directions
1.Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add bacon, and cook until crisp. Remove bacon from pan, crumble and return to the pan. Add onion, and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Add garlic, and cook until just fragrant. Add collard greens, and fry until they start to wilt.
2.Pour in chicken broth, and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes, or until greens are tender.

 Seasoning Ingredients

  • 1 bag of strawberry flavored marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 8 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 packet of Watermelon Kool-Aid
  • 1 packet of Lemon-Lime Kool-Aid
  • Nonstick spray
  • Chocolate chips or raisins for garnish

What you Do:

Watermelon Rind (Green)

  • Spray a 9 inch cake pan with nonstick spray.
  • Melt 1/4 cup butter  in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
  • Add the bag of regular marshmallows and mix until melted.
  • Let cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the packet of Lemon-Lime Kool-Aid and stir until combined.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in 4 cups of Rice Krispies cereal.
  • Stir until cereal is well coated.
  • Pour the green Rice Krispies into the prepared cake pan.
  • Quickly, press the mixture around the edge of the pan to form the watermelon “rind”.

**Tip** Spray your hands with nonstick spray and/or use waxed paper to press the mixture into place.

Watermelon Pulp (Pink)

  • Melt 1/4 cup butter  in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
  • Add the bag of strawberry marshmallows and mix until melted.
  • Let cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the packet of Watermelon Kool-Aid and stir until combined.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in 4 cups of Rice Krispies cereal.
  • Stir until cereal is well coated.
  • Pour the pink Rice Krispies into the center of the prepared cake pan.
  • Quickly, press the mixture so it is level with the watermelon “rind”.
Let the treats cool and run a knife around the edge of the cake pan to make serving easier.  Pop the watermelon Rice Krispie out of the pan and garnish with your choice of chocolate chips or raisins.  Cut into wedges and enjoy!
